Speaking of which! I thought I'd share the links of the internships with you all so you could see for yourselves:
Romania:
Ireland options:
http://ie3global.ous.edu/positions/jampa_ling_tibetan_buddhist_centre/ (this one is cheap, and offers the chance to go to Mongolia!)
Australia:
And the one I'm looking at for New Zealand is offered thru another site:
So yeah, you all should look through those and see what you think. Some are cheaper than others, and some offer housing and some don't..... Its a hard decision. Also, I am planning on going during Winter term, and maybe into Spring term, depending on time requirements.
(PS: Those of you who are wondering about my Spanish...well, I couldn't do it in combination with all my other classes. But don't fear! I still love the language and plan on learning more; its just going to have to wait till I can focus all my energy on it. And I'd love to go to a Spanish-speaking country again, its just going to take some time.)
On another side note, I want you all to know that I am going to try and use this blog more often. There is so much I can do with it and so much I am interested in that I should take advantage, right?
But we'll see. After all, we all know I have a bit of a lazy streak ;)
I just never know what your blog is going to look like.
ReplyDeleteThis is quite a change but a good change all in all.
My vote is for New Zealand or Australia, but you know me..........
Those all look like great options...I think Romania would be very interesting; or Ireland (the first one, not the organic gardening one). Keep me posted on what you're thinking. We know some people in Romania, Australia, and New Zealand.
