Peanut Butter PIE!

Just thought I'd tell you all about some delicious PIE that I made for my friend in Chile. You see, the peanut butter is expensive down there, so I told her I'd make it here and report back to her. The PIE was amazing! Just remember to let is set up overnight, that way when you cut it, it will hold its shape. Enjoy!

No-Bake Peanut Butter PIE
1pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup Peanut Butter
1pkg (16oz) frozen whipped topping
1&1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until creamy. Then add peanut butter and milk; mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping till there are no more peanut butter streaks. Pour mixture evenly into the two pie crusts. Refrigerate and enjoy!

  1. So did you make the pies to eat or are you sending them to Chile because the peanut butter is expensive there? Looks delicious and creamy, you'll have to make us some later...

  2. Er...sending pie to Chile is not a very good idea I think. No, I just told her that is was worth buying the peanut butter, that all.
